would stay here again and again
The queen room was super comfy and had a large private bathroom with a shower and lovely fresh towels. Enjoyed waking up to muffins and a variety of teas in the room. The breakfast was homemade, with fresh bread and juices. Plus, the location was quiet yet close to all the hotspots like the Tor.

The room was spacious with a huge comfy bed that felt like sleeping on clouds. I loved the walking shower and the stylish bathtub. Plenty of tea and coffee was provided, which was a nice touch. It was super peaceful. the only sound was water from the pond outside. The decor was charming and added a lovely vibe to the place. Very double-glazed windows kept the noise out, and the temperature was just right.

The Queen Room featured a comfortable bed, providing a decent night's sleep after a long day exploring. The dining area had charm, making it a nice spot to enjoy breakfast each morning.
Check-in time not until 4 PM, which felt restrictive after a long journey. No standard check-in desk. had to park and call for someone to guide us to the room, adding a layer of inconvenience. The lack of hand soap and teaspoons in the room was a minor annoyance, though the essentials were provided promptly after we asked. The bathroom needed some redecorating, with no extra info or leaflets about local sights, which would have been handy for first-time visitors. it had its quirks that some might find charming, but it just felt slightly lacking in attention to detail.

Just an excellent fit for a weekend respite in Glastonbury with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower cubicle was small, but I was delighted with the lovely soak in the tub! A tip would be to add a cozy corner for reading by the window.

great stay with minor room concerns
The views from my room were stunning, especially waking up to the abbey garden and Mont Tor. The breakfast served was delicious and homemade, truly delightful. George and Mary-Elizabeth provided exceptional service, always eager to assist.
The overall experience was fantastic, but the room could use a bit more attention to detail in terms of decor.

The food was simply amazing, and our room was spacious and comfy. I especially loved relaxing in the beautiful gardens and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. The only hiccup was some leftover items in the breakfast area, but it didn’t ruin our fantastic time! 😊

I really loved the location of Abbots Leigh B&B. It sits quietly in Glastonbury, just back from the road. My room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was super comfortable. They had fresh muffins waiting for me, along with a great selection of teas and coffee. I enjoyed the lovely bathtub in my room, even though the shower cubicle felt a bit cramped. Breakfast was excellent. homemade bread and fresh-squeezed juice made for a fantastic start to the day. George, the cook, is really talented. everything tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful, which made my stay even better. One downside was the shower, which could use an update. check-in was slightly inconvenient since I had to call to be shown my room, but it didn't spoil my stay. I'd definitely return!
